You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlvv login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. jlvv will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jlvv support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
jlvv is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide such identity documents as jlvv may reasonably request, including valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal access on your Account.
You may request the closure of your jlvv Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your verified payment method after the deduction of any applicable processing fees. Bonus Funds are not transferable and will not be paid out upon voluntary Account closure unless all associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
jlvv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; evidence of collusion or cheating; duplicate Account creation; or any activity that jlvv reasonably believes violates PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law.
jlvv accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jlvv does not accept cryptocurrency payments or international wire transfers unless explicitly stated in a separate platform notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed within the jlvv Account Wallet interface. All deposit methods must be registered in the name of the verified Account holder. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in a hold on the deposited funds pending investigation.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of jlvv's services after that date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform. You may request closure at any time by contacting jlvv support.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and jlvv, you should first contact jlvv support to seek informal resolution. jlvv aims to resolve all Account-related complaints within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
